Beautiful spot! It’s picturesque 45 minute drive north-east of Steve and Brenna’s. The Pacific Northwest of the USA really is a lovely place. It’s deep and green and richly textured with tall, straight trees and sapphire-hued lakes and rivers. And they have mountains that are mountains, generously powdered with snow.<\/p><\/div>\n

Couldn’t believe I’d let my camera’s battery go flat… Thankful for phone cameras!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Initially<\/a>

Beautiful Brenna. \u00a0Initially Steve stayed in the car with the sleeping Eva. Not only that, his knee was still in post-op recovery, so he was understandably cautious about the correct walk\/rest ratio.<\/p><\/div>\n

So refreshing. \u00a0I can’t express how wonderful it was to be at liberty to go and visit places like this, and to have no demands on our time. \u00a0Oh, so good to be on holiday.<\/p><\/div>\n

We climbed our way up enjoy the view from the footbridge.<\/p><\/div>\n

Steve and Eva met up with us at the bottom of the falls a little later on.<\/p><\/div>\n
